Rape,eveteasing,"Decent" dress

TMC has established “Rape” an all all Bengal phenomenon. Probably they will project it as main Industry in the “Bishwabanga” sammelan ,which they are planning for a long time.

That industry was first inagurated in “Park Street.” .Lady was humiliated in busy Park street.Police Station refused to take complaints as criminals were from minority & influential class. When entire nation poured their anger,TMC Mp Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar  said that it "was not a rape but a misunderstanding between a lady and her client". "If you're referring to the Park Street rape, see that is a different case altogether. That was not at all a rape case. It was a misunderstanding between the two parties involved, between a lady and her client. This was not a rape," Dastidar had said.

Although Lady Cop Damayanti Sen proved that crime happened & since she proved the crime she was honored by removing her from Investigation Department’s chief.

Human Right commision called her then appeared before the commission and admitted that her remarks about the Park Street rape case were wrong and insensitive and duly apologised for it,” commission joint secretary Sujay Haldar said. The commission, which had summoned Ghosh Dastidar on February 27 seeking an explanation about her remarks, has now dropped the case against her following the apology.  So after humiliating lady how quickly they can drop the case.But still TMC says dirty words about the victim in Public. Remember Kakoli Ghosh Dastdar is an doctor,mother of daughter & very close to TMC Supremo, Who uttered the humiliating comment against the victim as well.

As an aftermath of such open protection of culprits & humiliation of victim that industry shifted to Smt. Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar’s own district. North 24 Pargana. Series of rape continued there with no punishment to the culprit.Madhyamgram incidence Ashamed Bengal rather than anything.Raped girl killed herself & negligence of administration forced parents of the girl to leave the state even.

In that district TMC has an MLA,who is famous lead actor Chiranjeet. A girl, a resident of Banamalipur , was returning from tuition when the accused Ramesh Das started teasing her. He was caught by people on the station and assaulted .  The Man was an TMC worker. When the MLA was asked to react & act he said shameleslly "Eve-teasing is a very old thing. It has been going on for ages. One of the reasons behind the increase in incidents of eve-teasing is short dresses and short skirts worn by women. This in turn instigates young men." , Girl belong to his constituency Barasat.

This was the beginning of the “Rape” industry. Now Physically handicapped lady raped & thrown from the roof at Howrah. Miscreants from Metiburuj rapes physically handicapped lady in Maheshtalla, Panchayat order Gang rape in LUVPUR & very recently a girl raped by TMC leader in Dhoopguri in Jalpaiguri district. Maintaining their tradition TMC is in all might trying to protect the accused. Moreover who can forget their MP Tapas Pal’s infamous speech,who asked partymen to rape ladies.

Luckily we have a Prime Minister now who is very sensitive to women.In his speech on 15 th August from Lal quilla he has told all parents of boys to ask their wherabout. He strongly informed nation that such type of incidents will not be tolerated. He urged to see the victims with care & respect women.

But TMC never restricts themselves from humilating women.

Kankan Barui,Detective Department’s Deputy Commissioner of  Police of Bidhannagar walked in the line of their MLA Chiranjit & advised Ladies to have safe gurd from Eave teasing. In the very first point he advised ladies to dress decently. He also advised ladies not to travel in crowded bus. So he acnowledges that he can not give safety to ladies & ladies will have live like they live in Muslim countries. He has just stopped short saying all women to wear Borkha. Trinamul is a party of actors who has no social connectivity.They have inducted Locket Chatterji & Jun Malia in Women’s commission. Neither CM acted nor these members of Women commission reacted on this Police officers advise.

Now they should either condemn Police officer as human right commission or tell uswhich dress is proper or “decent” for women.
