Dr Rumi Nath files complaint against her second
husband; Police detains Jacky Zakir
Jackie
Zakir, the second husband of Congress MLA Rumi Nath was arrested by police this
evening on charges of extortion and physical assault.
Sources
said Jackie was first detained by the in-charge of Arunachal PS when he was
leaving for home, and asked to cooperate with police. He was brought to Silchar
Sadar PS around 12:30pm and was arrested around 5:30 pm. He was arrested in
case number 1016/ 2014 under sections 457, 342, 331, 364, 384 and 307 of the
IPC.
Meanwhile,
Jackie said he had been victimised by his wife. In a counter-allegation, he
told mediapersons that the MLA had also assaulted him. “The Borkhola MLA has
realised that her vote bank has been badly affected for obvious reasons. She is
doing all this drama just to get public sympathy with an eye on the next
elections,” Jackie said, denying that he had assaulted his wife.
Asked
whether this was a policy to gain political mileage, he said the MLA had always
meant politics. “She did politics with her family, her ex-husband, with BJP
with Congress and now even with me,” he was quoted as saying.
Nath
said she was forced to seek legal help as the physical assaults by Jackie went
beyond all limits.
Dr
Rumi Nath was earlier married to a doctor and has a daughter from previous
marriage but got trapped in the Luv Zihad and ruined her life.

Congress is going to vanished from Assam because of this incident - Bengali people in Assam took this misdeed very seriously and voted for BJP in 2014 LS. People of Bengal - wake up and vote out siculars else you have to migrate to other states as West Bengal would be part of Islamic Caliphate of Bengal.
