Those we haven't read the Statesman,must read this article.CBI has reached on the doorstep of Kolkata  Mayor Shobhandeb in connection with Shardha. He had awarded tender to Blue Dreams Pvt Ltd flouting all law.Given contact of hoarding to Sudipta Sen's Company,got 20 Crore Rupees but no where in Corporation Audit report this transaction is mentioned.God knows which account the money is siphoned but we can give you an indication.

People say that Shovandeb is seen with a famous actress in Parkstreet bar very often in midnight.We do not have any prooof of that so will restrict ourselves from talking that. But one thing is sure that his Behala residence is enough proof of what lifestyle he is having. Having that kind of lifestyle needs a lot of money & people have every right from where the money coming from.

Those who are aware of Bengal Politics.Shobhandeb was trused companion of Smt.Bannerji for very long tme. But there is much to be looked into. Shobhandeb's father in law Dulal Das was an Somen Mitra man. He was councillor as well from Congress ticket even faught aasembly election. Suddenly before 2009 Loksabha election Somen Mitra entered TMC. So Dulal Das entered as well. In 2009 Maheshtalla Municipality election he became TMC candidate. Eventually after winning the Municipality election,Son-in-law Shobhandeb helped him to get the chair of the Chairman of Municipality. Dalal's wife Kasturi,who can't even move freely got the ticket for Bidhansabha for Mahestalla in 2011.
So what became the picture now?

So it is family rule or in Bengali you can say "Jamidari" of one family in Kolkata & adjacent municipality. Whatever Shobhandeb got from Sudipta is different matter but the accounts of Dulal Das shows a growth of his property nealy 500% in five years of his tenure which ended in 2014. His sone has become a notorious land & property dealer.With the help of his father,bother in law captured almost all land. Even low land & waterbodies of the area.

So running this buisness ne needs lot of criminal. He has aquired that also. Those are mostly from the Metiaburuj area. So much their power is they bring truck. Keep the truck infront of Dulal Das's house in Mollargate. Pick up all cows from the area in that truck. They boldly move away with the truck.Police & administration in their pocket. There are repeated incidence of fire in that area just to help Dulal Das's family getting land. One studio of TV channel gutted even.

Just to get the land he can put fire anywhere.We are just quoting Indian Express report below.

AN early morning fire gutted about 700 shanties at 16 Bigha Bustee in Santoshpur area of Maheshtala in the outskirts of Kolkata on Saturday leaving more than 3,500 people homeless. There was no report of any casualty. This is the second incident of fire within four months at the same slum. On November 20 last year, a fire gutted 300 shanties and killed a toddler. Interestingly, both the times the fire began at the home of the same person — Rafique Mollah — leading to suspicion of a sabotage.

Shanty residents alleged that the chairman of Maheshtala Municipality, Dulal Das, a local Trinamool Congress leader, was behind razing the houses as a highrise project has been proposed to come up at the place. Interestingly, Das is the father-in-law of Kolkata Mayor Sovan Chatterjee.

After the slum dwellers filed a complaint with the police accusing sabotage and a "well-planned operation", an FIR was lodged against nine persons, including local Trinamool Congress councillor Deepika Dutta and Mollah. However, the FIR does not name Das. "Dulal Das' name has not been included in the FIR as he has only been referred to as 'the chairman'," said Tarak Nath Masant, OC of Maheshtala police station. Five persons have been arrested so far. Mollah is absconding, said police.

Even CBI inquiry also demanded for such atrocious looting of land is going on here.
Siddikulla chowdhury Mamata's favorite leader for communal reasons said after that incident.

" the manner in which Trinamool Congress leaders like Dulal Das were conducting themselves had resulted in the State becoming “directionless”.

“Mr. Das has been involved in various kinds of deals with the mafia and the fire at Maheshtala could also be the outcome of such a deal,” Mr. Chowdhury said.

His criminal record doesn't stop here.People will remember Shambhunath Kaw a Kolkata corporator who killed own party man in Dhapa. That man was finally caught from Balia of UP but he was given place to hide in Sarkarpool by Dulal Das. He remained there for so many days just in a stone throw distance of Kolkata Jurisdiction. Police recovered a bag containing Rs 56 lakh and 653 grams of gold jewellery from the place of Sarkarpool hideout

Maity was killed after he opposed Kaw's plan to rehabilitate street vendors on a disputed land as he smelled a rat in his plan. So Dulal Das,Shobhandeb,kaw are all part of the big land Mafia to loot land ,kill people & fill pocket.

Rape has been in creased in that area for hooliganism of his people.Even today a mentally challenged woman being raped.

 Few days back one lady was raped driving out from Auto. It is total Criminal Raji in Maheshtalla under Father-in-law,Son-in-law jugalbandi.

Not a single development work road,water is being done though.

Maheshtall people are angry to teach them lessons.
