Now this come into lime light after getiing national awards 20 yrs back. Bengal's Pride,Dadasaheb Phalke award winner Tapan Sinha made this film. When this film was made Bengal has seen 22 years of suppressive days of Left front. It was those days Police started to operate under direct control of Chief Minister. Police of no other state having such disadvantage, So what is the use of blaming police only. They know from left days & their follower TMC that if you don't abide by Chief Minister,your job will be in trouble,you can be suspended or transferred to unimportant positions.

It was a story based on real life of "Debasree". She used to stay in Behala. Suddenly she got missing. She is missing till this point of time. It was story of early '80 s. Left had just came into power. They had learnt the trick very quickly. She was the target of many leaders in power. All are observing what TMC has done with Shardha case. They ordered investigation of Shardha case to CID. CID is directly under CM,So if they give any bad report CM will punish them like Damayanti Sen or K Jayaraman .
After 1 & half years of investigation CID couldn't solve anything of Shardha,instead helped culprits to elope money & remove evidences of the massive scam where both Left & TMC are involved. Even the officer helped TMC to destroy evidences are rewarded by CM on 15th August.

Who knows CID better than Rajat Majumdar . He was himself CID Chief under Left Front Government. Anybody made CID chief is very close to CM & trusted so that he can do as per instruction of his master. Mr. Rajat Majumdar was very close to Jyoti Basu as well as their next CM Budhdhadeb Bhattacharya. The Girl Debasree was missing. To make a show in public Mr.Jyoti Basu ordered CID investigation under Rajat. Everything was going alright but oneday one of the officers unknowingly found Debasree in Orissa. It was an warning signal for Left. So Left gave the resposibilty to Rajat. While bringing back the girl with another boy Satyanarayan,they suddenly got vanished. Rajat made a story that both of them suddenly jumped into Mahananda. Orissa police searched entire Mahananda for a long time but could not find any of them. How could they have got. They were erased from earth arguably by Rajat Majumdar led CID to please his left Masters.

Now left is shouting to fool people of Bengal. People of Bengal must know that this person was a Leftist person, who was working with TMC leader Mukul Roy under full knowledge & confidence of Left. The lon's share might have gone to Trinamul coffin but CPM got the good share with Budhdhadeb's man Rajat Majumdar.

One good thing that film of Antardhan of late Tapan Sinha did, it launched Sabyasachi Chakraborty. Who has acted in many films after that. His Roles as private "detective" Feluda got admired many quarters. Satabdi Roy another acused in shardha case was also in the film. Satabdi knew Rajat forom the days of "Antardhan". She played Debasree in the film. So one can understand how deep is the connection now. Rajat was Trinamul observer for her election fight in Birbhum this year. He was supposed to fight election even but Madam decided to field all film stars,his candidature was cancelled. Poor Rajat he remained trsted soldier of Left but they did not promote him to DGP,he remained close aid of Mukul Roy but will spend days in jail.

Their leader Partha Chatterji sensing dark clouds over TMC,announced already that Rajat will have to prove innocent himself. God save them.
