The age of digital politics is upon us. Leading the band wagon in the Samvad (communication) space is the BJP.
WhatsApp is being used at all levels within the party to enhance its communication channels and strengthen its base bottom up.
Not only is WhatsApp being up used to include 323 Parliamentarians in a group but also at every local Samvad cell to ensure constant flow of information with the member group.
The speed and quality of information is above par than in other parties. The urgency around good governance and accountability is being driven though technology which is a refreshing change from the babudom politics of yesterday.
