Party President Amit Shah cautioned all BJP workers against complacency and advised the 3S:
1. Sampark (contact): Contact with people and the BJP in Bengal has gone up 5 times. The purpose of the drive is to ensure hand-holding people from ideology to the polling booth. All talk of ideology is great but change cannot be pursued without power. And power resides in votes.
All poll booths in Bengal are to be dissolved and new structure to be created to have a dynamic contact system to engage and retained party members and voters.
2. Samvad (communication): Constant communication is the key to success in a democratic process. It becomes even more essential in a culture of sensational journalism. Separating the fact from fiction becomes crutial. Morever, guiding the BJP party members becomes vital. The Samvad Cell in Bengal is working tirelessly to reach out to the public-at-large and highlight the on-going mismanagement the current government.

3. Samanvay (coordination): BJP MLAs and MPs have to now set up offices in their constituencies to ensure that MPLADS funds are being used properly and to address the issues of the voters. Regular contact and accountability is the name of the game now. Good governance is that the heart of the effort. Regular attendance in Assembly or Parliament is necessary and active participation mandatory for all elective representative.
