Tapas Paul (born 1958) is a Bengali actor from Kolkata, West
Bengal, India. He is a Member
of Parliament from Krishnanagar having
won in the 2009 Indian General Elections on a Trinamool
Congress ticket. Tapas Paul did his graduation in Bio-Science from Hooghly Mohsin College under University
of Burdwan. He is a member of All India Trinamool Congress. He was an MLA from Alipore for
two terms (2001-2006 & 2006-2009). Currently, he is the MP of Krishnanagar
since 2009.
Recently gained immense popularity in TMC for his historical speech at
Chowmaha Village,” if any one Virodhi(opponent) touches any one Trinomool girl,
any father, any child, I will raid/destroy his gushti (entire extended family).
I will send my boys, they will rape and go. .... “, “ami Chandannagar er Maal....” and at
Tehatta Village, “Humans who murder Humans cannot be Humans. Their
mothers must have slept with dogs,... “

Nursing Home and was last seen standing in front of Parliament with black cloth
tied on mouth to protest against Sadhvi Niranjan’s speech!! We are yet to hear his voice in Parliament.
Shatabdi Roy was born on 5
October 1968, in Agarpara. She passed her Madhyamik from Sorojini High School
in 1985 and later attended Jogamaya Devi College, a women's college affiliated to the University of Calcutta. She is an actress, director and teacher of acting in the
Bengali language film industry as well as an author of poetry in Bengali. Roy
made her film debut in the film called Atanka,
directed by Tapan Sinha, which was released in 1986. She became the Member of
Parliament, having won in the Loksabha
election on a Trinamool
Congress ticket from the
Birbhum constituency of West
Bengal in 2009. She again won from the same constituency on a
Trinamool Congress ticket in 2014.
None of Didi’s brigade is far from controversy. During her election
campaign in 2014 she said, “You pay money to see me in movies, if you want to
see me free you need to vote for me and elect me......” and “there will be no
developmental work in those areas which will not vote for TMC....”. We are yet to hear her voice in Parliament.
Moonmoon Sen, born 28 March 1948, is an Indian film actress
known for her works in Bengali, Hindi,
Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Marathi and Kannada films. She
has appeared in 60 films and 40 Television series. Moon Moon Sen was born to
popular Bengali actress Suchitra
Sen and Dibanath Sen. Her father, was the son of one of the
wealthiest businessmen of Calcutta, Adinath Sen. Her great grandfather Dinanath
Sen was the Diwan or a Minister
of the Maharaja of Tripura. She was educated at Loreto Convent, Shillong and at
Loreto House, Calcutta, she graduated from Somerville
College, Oxford. She received her Master’s in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur
University, Kolkata. Moon Moon Sen started her
career in films and television after marriage and motherhood. Sen said she
would bare all even at 70, "Age is not important, the attitude is. Sophia
is the ultimate glam girl who can manage to look beautiful in such a picture
even now. But yes, India too has beautiful women like Rekha and Hema Malini who
can carry such a thing out with aplomb. In fact, I wouldn't mind myself if the
shoot is done aesthetically and with taste."
After missing two major catches – dead bodies of Sunil Gangopadhyay and Manna
Dey, Ms Mamata Banerjee was in no position to miss the third one. She camped at
Belle View Nursing Home, while Mahanayika Suchitra Sen was ailing. During that
period Ms Banerjee came close to Moonmoon Sen and after Mahanayika Suchitra
Sen’s death, Moonmoon Sen joined Trinamool Congress. She proved to be a
match-winning catch by Ms Banerjee, when Sen defeated CPI(M)'s nine-time MP, Basudeb Acharia in 2014 Lok Sabha Polls and won
from Bankura Constituency. We are yet to hear her
voice in Parliament.
Sandhya Roy is an Indian actress and politician. She is one
of the most famous actresses of Bengali cinema and is
widely acknowledged for her great acting skills and sweet and cherubic face
from 1960 to 1985. She was born in Nabadip, West Bengal. After some day, she
went to Bangladesh with her family. Her grandfather was landlord
"Jamindar" in Bangladesh. In
1957, she again came back to India. Her critically acclaimed ventures such as Satyajit Ray's ‘Ashani
Sanket’ and Tarun Majumdar’s
'Thagini' and the out-and-out commercial venture such as ‘Baba Taraknath’.
She started her political career in 2014 with ticket in Lok
Sabha Poll. She started her election campaign with a visit to Taraknath Temple
at Tarakeshwar. Baba Taraknath proved to be lucky for her – both in film and in
poll and won the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections from Medinipur constituency. We are yet to hear her voice in Parliament.
Dev (Deepak
Adhikari) born on 25 December
1982, is a Bengali film
actor, producer, entertainer, singer. He made his acting debut in the 2006 film
Agnishapath. He is one of the
biggest superstars and highest paid actors in Tollywood. He is also a
co-founder and co-chairman of Jalsha Movies Production. Dev was
born in Mahisha, a small village near Keshpur,
to Guru and Mousumi Adhikari. His nickname is Raju. He spent his childhood
living with his maternal uncle in Chandrakona;
after that, he was brought up in Mumbai. He attended Purushottam High School,
in Bandra, and Bharatiya Vidyapeeth
University, in Pune, receiving a Diploma in Computer engineering from the
latter. After receiving his diploma, Dev returned to Mumbai and started his
film career as an observer on the set of
Abbas-Mastan’s Taarzan: The Wonder Car.
He was into controversy by his statement during
2014 Lok Sabha Poll, when he compared his excitement during election campaign
with being raped!! We can hardly see him in Parliament!!
