Things the West Bengal Government forgot:
Time and again, the current Government has failed to uphold the law of the land and time and again the Judiciary has highlighted a callous and careless Government.
1.Tapas Pal Case : After much patronage and considerable time to support Tapas Pal from the Government, the High Court slammed the Mamata Banerjee Government for laid back attitude on a case of such importance. When a lawmaker tries to become a lawbreaker, the law has finally spoken out in a firm and decisive manner.
2. Saradha Scam : After the Government protecting the perpetrators to the extent possible, it was the Supreme Court that ordered the CBI to probe the scam to the fullest across all state lines.
3. Parui Murder Case: High Court raps Bengal Government for inaction in the murder case involving Monirul Sheikh and Anubrata Mondol though the accused are clearly mentioned in the FIR.
The Chief Minister has always given the message that she will defend her cadres no matter what the crime is!
CM had her patent words for everything wrong her party cadres or Government doing - Samanno Bypar, or Sorojonto against her and her party. she never finds anything wrong with her party Cadres or Government no matter how wrong they are.
