PROBLEMS IN COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY LEVEL EDUCATION

The  major problems in college &university level education are the follwing

1) Appointment of Principals and  Vice Chancellors

Soln: For over last 3 decades the posts of principals  and  vc  s are looked upon as prize posting for people who had  allegiance to a particular political party.This has eroded the basic principle of  ability.Unless the captain is good a team cannot be same is true for a college or university.While making appointments in these institutions political credibility of the person must not be a factor.Best way is to form a body like the PSC  or  UPSC  that will  select the persons on basis of interview  as in the case of  WBCS  or  CSE. The selection body must include eminent  educationists with the CM as the chairperson.

2) Destructive unionism

Soln:- Vandalism in the name of student union must be dealt with an iron hand.The present system where unions make unjust demands to  allow students  who do not comply with the attendance rules to be allowed to sit in examinations must be ended.Anyone having lesser attendance than prescribed must be debarred from taking examinations.No medical certificates other than those issued by government and semi government health sectors must be entertained.

3) Postering in Campus

Soln:-A spl postering zone to be set up in each college where students with varied political ideologies can set up posters.No postering in any other place must be allowed within the campus.This will give the institution a clean and neat look and will definitely improve the environment in the campus.

4) Class  attendance by teaching staff

Soln:- Teachers must be forced to take a minimum number of classes per month  otherwise they must be show caused(with exception to those who are on leave in lien).

5) Private Tution

Soln:-Over the last three decades private tution has taken the form of an industry in bengal.To eradicate its menace any teacher either in govt college or  govt  aided collg or pvt collg if found indulged in pvt tution in any form  must be severly punished.Giving private tution by above must be made a criminal offence & for that stringent laws(e.g like 498A  shelter for women  against domestic violence) must be made

6) Scholarships

Soln:- Adequate  scholarships must be arranged for those students with exemplary output (splly in the field of science and technology). Corporate  houses may also be approached in this model of sponsorship

China became economic superpower using their huge & cheap manpower. But their average age is increasing. From the beginning of Election campaign Shri Narendra Modi ji has emphasized on our population of young average age. He always said,what he believed that by people participation & utilization India will be Economic superpower in next Century.

He asked our PM to hand over Shri Arvind Kejriwal to China,since Kejriwal Government lasted even lesser days than Chinese Products. Incidentally Arvind Kejriwal Government lasted for 49 days in Delhi. So that kind of impression Chinese Goods having all world.

Person of incredible determination to keep his commitment, Shri Modi has has kept his promise yesterday. He launched website http://www.makeinindia.com/ for investors all around the world. Caled investors to come India for manufacturing. This will give huge boost towards solving unemployment problem in India.
Industrialists of India irrespective of party line are elated on this initiative.
Now we can surely say "Achche Din Anewala Hai" , we are moving towards brighter days soon.

Distressed,humiliated Education

Today we are in most backwards state regarding Education. There was an old saying that what Bengal thinks today India thinks tomorrow. That identity was only due to our educational stature. Now all bright students leave Bengal. It has many reasons but the primary reason is Left all along tried to include Marx in Education. So they almost abolished Great Indian Philosophers,Patriots from Text Book. Country got independence after 200 yrs but Left tried to change history in 34 years. TMC is nothing but a break away fraction of CPM. They went one step further. They made Freedom fighters into terrorists. More Shameful is that neither Government nor the Professor who did this crime never apologized even.

Bengal Need drastic change in educational system,Our youngsters must read more about patriots who gave us freedom.They must read about great patriots who worked after independence in different fields. It is sad that we are producing hardly any sportsperson from Bengal.It shows that we have stopped thinking on "Health Is Wealth". We had a renowned Physician as Chief Minister of Bengal but his vision is forgotten in today's' Bengal.

Today atrocities on women increasing.It should be mandatory to make Military training mandatory in schools & colleges.Every woman ,every student should be equipped with self defense.

"My name is Ankur Barnwal and I worked as govt. school teacher in a
remote village Baro Soulmari,P.S. Dinhata,Dist.-Cooch Behar,WB.

I love my country and with my teaching experience it seen that the new
generation is very much talented, but there are very few students who
are aggressive to join Indian Army or Indian Air force or any defense
sector as Army personnel or officer grade .Most of the students avoids
such jobs as they don’t have such nationalism within them. It may be
our fault as we the teacher are somehow unable to grow nationalism
within them, but it is also true that in school education ,the
syllabus also not provide such contents witch grow their Nationalism.
In other hand our country is running under a big problem of
unemployment and significantly our country has less Army personnel as
it required to ensure security against the enemies Like Pakistan
,China, Bangladesh and other foreign countries surrounded our Country.
Also as the new generation somehow not much Interested to join Indian
Army or Indian Air Force, in future we have to face serious problem
regarding these matter.

To avoid the situation ,I like to suggest some remedies to Indian Govt. below

1. Include brave history and achievements of Indian  Army , Indian Air
Force ,Indian navy in school education ,so that the students will get
motivation to work for nation through Indian Army or Indian Air Force
or Indian navy.

2. Ensure NCC in each and every higher secondary schools both in
Private and Govt. to make students  self reliable, true cadre and to
open a way to join Indian Army. (As per my knowledge in our Cooch
Behar Dist. There are more than 500 Higher Secondary schools but
facility of NCC only provided in less than 30 schools).To do this the
Department of Home Minister have to improve infrastructure of NCC.
3.To provide videos of brave works done by Indian Army ,Indian Air
Force, or Indian Navy(for example recently in J& K flood rescue) to
the schools and instruct them to demonstrate the videos to students
for motivation about Indian  Army , Indian Air Force ,Indian navy."

🔆The Mangalyaan mission cost India $73 million (~Rs.450 crores) which is even cheaper than an eight lane bridge in Mumbai which cost $340 million. It is less than the budget of film “Gravity” which was about $105 million and about one-tenth of what the US has spent on MAVEN, making it undoubtedly the most cost- effective inter-planetary space mission to have ever been undertaken anywhere in the world!

🔆In real terms, when distributed over the population of 1.2 billion, every Indian has contributed Rs.4 per towards the mission.

🔆Mangalyaan will observe the environment of Mars and look for various elements like methane (marsh gas), which is a possible indicator of life.

vehicle.

🔆The manufacturing of Mangalyaan took 15 months while NASA took five years to complete
MAVEN .

🔆Mangalyaan is the first spacecraft to be launched outside the Earth’s sphere of influence by ISRO in its entire history of 44 years.

🔆ISRO will be the fourth space agency in the world after National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the US, Russian Federal Space Agency (RFSA) and European Space Agency to have successfully undertaken a mission to Mars.

🔆Considering that Mars is about 670 million kilometers from the Earth, the cost of the ride works out to about Rs.6.7 per kilometre –
cheaper than what even autorickshaws charge anywhere in India!

এক অদ্ভূত দৃশ্য দেখা গেল কাল কলকাতার রাস্তায়. ছাত্রী নিগ্রহ থেকে যে আন্দোলনের শুরু তার দমনের জন্যে শাসক দলের গুন্ডারা নামল রাস্তায় 

আরাবুল কে দেখা গেল সেই ছাত্র আন্দোলনের নেতৃত্যে স্কুল পড়ুয়াদের বাধ্য করা হলো মিছিলে হ্নাটতে যারা জানেননা কেন এই মিছিল 

ছাত্র গুন্ডা শঙ্কু কিশোরী ছাত্রীদের মধ্যে স্লোগান দিলেন কলকাতার শ্রেষ্ঠ প্রতিষ্ঠানের ছাত্ররা গঞ্জিকা সেবন করেন যদিও তার নেতারা সবাই কি সেবনে ব্যস্ত থাকেন সেটা বলেননি  এই হছে আজ বঙ্গ এখানে ছাত্র নই গুন্ডারা কিশোরীদের শিক্ষা ব্যাহত করে আরেক ছাত্রীর শ্লীলতাহানি করার সপক্ষে আন্দোলন করেন

21 September, Dakshin Kolkata, Today a patha sanchalan  (route march) was organized by the RSS 

(Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) unit of South Kolkata. 

The march started at 8:00 AM from Deshapriyo Park and terminated at Harish Mukherjee Park in South Kolkata. RSS has been rejuvenated in Kolkata and Bengal after BJP came to power in the Lok Sabha. 

Everyday, new members are joining and new shakhas, milans and sammelans are being conducted on regular basis. 

About 1000 swayam sevaks, from different shakhas (branches) of the nationalist RSS, participated in full ganavesh (uniform) with a band to play nationalist RSS tunes. 

RSS is working to bring back the glory of Bengal, which was envigaged by Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar and Rishi Bankim. 34 years of communist led Leftist  and 3 + years of utter chaos of Mamata Banerjee misrule had deviated the Bengalis from nationalist ideology,

 once a pride of Bengal in the form of nationalist revolutionaries like Khudiram Bose and Rishi Aurobindo. 

There were portraits of Bharat Mata all over and Bhagwa Dhwaj (Saffron Flag) was unfurled and displayed with utmost respect. Local people were astonished and almost awestruck to see such disciplined formation of a non - military organization. Old timers in Deshapriyo park said they do not remember such an event in their lifetime in the heart of Kolkata.

If Bengal has to gain back its glory, people have to come forward and involve themselves in the nationalist movement of RSS which will also bring about a huge social change. RSS is the larget NGO in the world which engages in social engineering through positive nationalism and service to society.

রেপ করাই, জগ ছুরি ,পা এর  তলে পিষে  মারি
পরিবর্তন ?এরেই বলে আগে  তো বুঝতে না পারি 
এরপর ও পাই আমরা বঙ্গদেশে করতালি
বাঙালি আজ মাখলো মুখে আমাদের জন্য চুনকালি

কিছু কথা বিজেপি কে ভালবেসে----

বন্ধু তিতাস এর প্রশ্ন 

বর্তমান এ রাজ্যের মানুষ বিরোধী দল বিজেপি কে দেখতে চায় ২০১৬ র্নিবাচনের আগে অব্ধি, তারপর শাষকের ভূমকায়। 

কিন্তু যেহেতু গ্রামের বেশির ভাগ মানুষ শিক্ষার আলো থেকে এখনও দূরে, তাই তাদের কাছে যুক্তি টা কোনো বিষয় নয়।

এই রাজ্যে ক্ষমতায় আশার মূল চাবিকাঠি  গ্রামের মানুষের হাতে। 

সেই জন্য আমাদের মানে বিজেপি কে প্রতি বিষয়ে পথে নামতে হবে। এই রাজ্যে এটাই উপায়  ক্ষমতায় আশার। 

মুসলিম issue টা বর্তমানে কোনো বিষয় নয়। আসল হল পথে নামা। 

তাতে পুলিশি অত্যাচার, তৃণমূলী-দের  অত্যাচার এগুলো কিন্তু যত হবে তত বিজেপির হাত শক্ত হবে,

যেমন হয়েছিল তৃণমূল-এর ২০১১-র আগে। আপাত দৃষ্টিতে পথ অবরোধ, রাস্তাজুরে মিছিল এইসব মানুষে দুর্ভোগ হবে 

মনে হলেও এ গুলো একটা effect করবেই মানুষের মনে। হতে পারে এখনই গ্রামে মিছিল হলে খুব কম লোক হল।

TMC ব্যাঙ্গ করল, কিন্তু ক্রমাগত এই আন্দোলন চললে এক সময় ঠিক মানুষ সাড়া দেবে। 

যেখানে বিজেপি কে মারা হল,পরের দিন পাল্টা সেখানে মিছিল করল। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে গ্রামীন রাজনীতির এগুলো অঙ্গ। 

ইতিহাস যাই বলে বলুক ২০১৬ তে প্রধান বিরোধী নয়,ক্ষমতায় আশাই আমআদের লক্ষ্য। 

শুধু দরকর আরোও বেশি করে পথে নেমে আন্দোলন। আমরা যত মার খাবো ,  

যত খারাপ কথা শুনবো তত কিন্তু আমরা focus এ আসবো মানুষের কাছে। শহর বিজেপি কেই পুরো সমর্থন করে,, 

খালি দরকার গ্রামে গ্রা্মে আন্দোলন গড়ে তোলা। যাতে তারা বুঝতে পারে বিজেপি তাদের পাশে। 

তারপর লোকসভা র্নিবাচনের পর বিজেপীর শহিদ একজন মুসলিম, বা মোদী সরকার আসার পর কোনো মুসলিম অত্যাচারে মারা গেছে বলে কেউ জানে না, বা দলে মুসলিম যোগদানের শতাংশ হিসেবে যে বেড়েছে, সেগুলো কে সামনে রেখে গ্রামে গ্রামে সভা করাটা জরূরী। 

যত অত্যাচর তৃণমূল বিজেপী-র  উপর এই আন্দোলনের ফলে যত অত্যাচার করবে তত আমাদেরই সুবিধা হবে। 

So called বিদ্দ্বজন- দের original image টা আমরা দেখেছি, তবু কিছু বিদ্দ্বজন এখনও কিছুটা হলেও নিরপেক্ষ আছে,,

গ্রামে আন্দলন করতে গিয়ে বিজেপি অত্যাচারিত হলে এই বিদ্দ্বজন-রা যদি পথে নামে সেগুলো আর কিছু না হোক জনমানসে প্রভাব ফেলবে। যেমন হয়েছিল সিঙ্গুর-নন্দীগ্রামের পরবর্তী সময়ে।  

তাই অত্যাচার হলে হবে এই মানসিকতা নিয়ে আমাদের এগিয়ে যেতে হবে। 

আন্দোলন এমন র্পযায় নিয়ে যেতে হবে,যাতে ২০১৬-তে গিয়ে তৃণমূল বিরোধীরা যাতে দ্বিতীয় বার না ভাবে বিরোধীদের মধ্যে কাকে ভোট দেওয়া উচিত। 

তাৎপর্য পূর্ন হল সকল সুস্হ মানুষ তৃণমূল-এর বিরূদ্ধে। শহরের লোকরা এখনও সেটা বলতে বা E.V.M - এ দেখাতে পারে, গ্রামের মানুষরা ভয়ে সেটা বলতে বা E.V.M - এ দেখাতে পারে না। তাই ওই গ্রামের মানুষদের ওখানে গিয়ে আন্দোলনের মাধমে পাশে থাকা টা জরূরী, যাতে তৃণমূল বিরোধী ভোট ভাগ না হয়ে একটা দিকেই যায়। আর যেহেতু তৃণমূল বিরোধী ভোট maximum, তাই এই তৃণমূল বিরোধী ভোট এক হলে ২০১৬-তে কে জিতবে সেটা পরিষ্কার। বিজেপি জিন্দাবাদ। জয় হিন্দ।

ধনিয়াখালির নাসিরুদ্দিন হত্যা মামলার সমস্ত সাখ্খি সবাই আমাদের দলে আর তারা মুসলমান ই আমরা ধর্ম দেখিনা কিন্তু দেশপ্রেম দেখি , যদি কেও ধর্মের আড়ালে সন্ত্রাস বাদীদের মদত দেন বা আমাদের নারীদের মিথ্যা প্রেমের জালে ফাঁসিয়ে ধর্ম পরিবর্তন বা অত্যাচার করেন তাহলে আমরা চুপ থাকতে পারি না ই দেশের মানুষকে সত্য দেখানো আমাদের কাজ , নিজেদের সেক্যুলার বলে কেও রাষ্ট্র্পদ্রোহী হতে পারেন ,

Poribartan of Health in Bengal – A recline as far as Healthcare is concern.

“Health is wealth” a golden proverb, But in TMC lead Bengal Healthy politics is wealth rather than Good Health. Let me justify why…..!!

Public Healthcare system should have sufficient service and responsible people to deliver healthcare services to the citizen, more specifically to the underprivileged people of the society/state/country as they are not financially so sounded to afford high cost private/corporate hospitals. It has been seen that socioeconomically disadvantage men, women, children have higher mortality and morbidity rate compare to socioeconomically sounded peoples. Just remind few incidents in recent past....

Dengue not only outbreak underprivileged citizen of west Bengal, VVIP too. For example , “India: Aparna Sen (Indian-Bengali filmmaker)  hospitalized with dengue”.

The worst thing is that Mamata lead Muli government faced massive protest not to take proper corrective action.

And now it is Encephalitis,

 693 acute encephalitis syndrome (AES) cases were reported this year in the state. "As many as 212 deaths due to AES have occurred in Bengal since January. Of them, 44 died due to Japanese Encephalitis (JE). The number of deaths this year due to AES in north Bengal is 108, while 40 of them were due to JE. 

JE is a subset of AES caused by the mosquito-borne virus. And we all know this is because of irresponsible attitude of Public Health, as poor Public Health Engineering boosts up increase its vector (Mosquito) population.   

Let me tell you, People of all ages and both sexes can be affected by encephalitis, but the very young and the very old are most at risk because their immune system (the body's natural defence against infection and illness) tends to be weaker. And as per United Nations Development Program (UNDP), 40 % children age of below five suffers from malnutrition in west Bengal.  If a child suffer from malnutrition how he/she can able to build body defence. 

As a preventive measurement there have some vaccines. In October.2013 with initiation of ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research), India launches vaccine to prevent Japanese encephalitis (The Vero cell-derived purified inactivated JE vaccine). Now it is September.2014, Almost one year passed away, should we not raise the voice……… what about the immunization progress of West Bengal…..????????????

Not only encephalitis, West Bengal account highest Hookworm infection area in India, number 5^th on top 5 endemic states in India

Offend Neonatal death, Tetanus , Obesity, Anaemia, Vitamin A deficiency, Vitamin B 12 deficiency, Iodine Deficiency , Zinc Deficiency are very common story in West Bengal.

In West Bengal more than 5000 thalassemia affected children are born every year. But treatment facilities available in only few government hospitals, for that many people affected from the disease are deprived of this treatment due to financial constraints.

Didi look at the poor mother crying for her baby, look at the poor women praying for her husband. They are the real matir manus ….. Of your Poriborton Era……This is not poriborton at all….. Don’t play with hope of common people, Don’t ruined the family of Matir manus…. 1) Babul Supriyo 1st MP of BJP fighting independently
2)Samik Bhattacharya 1st MLA from Bengal fighting independently.

Babul Supriyo's name will be remembered more as he has won MP election,2nd he has won 3 monhs before Mr. Samik Bhattacharya. Mr. Bhattacharya won a seat where Majority is minority there. Lot of influx from Bangladesh continuously happens. That is one big credible point for shri Bhattacharya as well.

Mr.Babul was hungry for win from the very first day.
On the first day itself he had meeting with Mr.Jiten Chatterji. Mr.Chatterji submitted a complete report & planning on winnability of Asansole seat. Intelligent Mr. Supriyo saw the jewel in him & very cordial relation developed with the young man Jiten Chatterji.

Election result is well known to world.Mr. Chatterji concentrates on ground work. He was a force in Ukhra among youth. After election he was seen in social activities from water scarcity to coal mafia restriction.He started work in various hospitals as well. So he became threat for TMC soon. continuous threat started to come. But he ignored.

Today they took one step further to terrorise him. In the morning he went to daughter's school with wife.
2 TMC goons Gujan Hajra & Sheikh Juman started abusing him. He started to avoid them but they were determined to do something. Suddenly they started scffling with him & then started beating. He got injured in face,chest & hand. He was fortunate another person called Bhola Dhibar also came to school,who was well aware of his social activities. The man started to recue Jiten.Finally in 2:2 fight miscreants fled. He went to Ukhra Police station.Nowadays police do not write any report on TMC goons.After long deliberation with police,finally report was being taken.

so this is the condition of BJP workers in Bengal today. Everyday these things are happening.we are enclosing the FIR copy. We are not sure tomorrow another incident will not happen with some other people & in some other place.
