SP Mirza : Is he Burdwan SP or TMC Cadre?

After the Burdwan explosion SP Mirza has become very famous (infamous). Let us go through few news articles from the last few years to understand Mirza’s closeness with the ruling party and its supreme leader. In all these news TMC is involved for all sorts of wrong reasons along with their man Mirza.

Though the world knows now,we will like to remind you that TMC had an office in the ground floor of the premises. Does anybody believe that he was unaware of the fact explosives are prepared on that house? Why were explosives were destroyed without  getting examined by NIA? Why he did not coperate with the NIA officer on the very first day.Simple reason is he knew that if NIA investigate first relation with Jamat & ruling party will be exposed on the first day.  This explosion during Puja was not the only one.We will remind few incidents as well happened.

Explosion kills 3 in Mangalkot, Burdwan, TMC infighting suspected

On Apr 20, 2012 three persons were killed and five others were injured after a bomb exploded in the household, also a bomb manufacturing unit, of a TMC worker in Mangalkot in Burdwan district in the wee hours. Three persons who were charred to death in the explosion have been identified as Meher Sheikh, Kurban Shiekh and Asthiya Biwi. All the three victims are members of the same family, said a senior police official.

Kurban Shikeh died at the spot, while Meher Sheikh and Asthiya Biwi succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital. Meanwhile, Rosina Biwi, a member of the same family, is in a critical condition. Rosina Biwi has been admitted to the Burdwan district hospital.

According to sources, infighting between two groups of TMC was going on in the area for the past few days. The infighting started over the jobs given to the family of Meher Sheikh under the NREGS scheme at Dhasona gram panchayat area in Mangalkot police station area.

Basab Talukdar, DIG, Burdwan Range along with S M Mirza, SP, Burdwan visited the spot after the incident. Talukdar, after visiting the areas said that the house was loaded with the raw materials needed to make bombs and the bombs exploded inside the house. Mirza also claimed that there is no possibility of an outsider being involved in the incident. The police seized some bomb-making materials and ammunition from the house. A forensic team from Kolkata has also been sent to the spot.

so it is clear police officers & particularly S.M.Mirja fully aware of the fact TMC has made Burdwan,a store room for explosives.They intentionally delayed investigation of the present case.That is why despite getting delayed in investigation NIA is bringing out huge storage of explosives. If during Dashera or ID a riot broke out using those explosives,who would have been responsible. It is is widely presumed that a fear of Riot still prevails.No body knows how many places explosives are being stored.

Day before he was killed, CPM leader had complained to SP Mirza

A day before he was killed in broad daylight on Wednesday, former CPI(M) MLA Pradip Tah had filed an official complaint with Superintendent of Police, Burdwan, S N Mirza stating that his life was under threat. He named 10 men, all reportedly Trinamool Congress members, of whom eight were later named in the murder complaint filed by Tah's brother, Prabir Tah.

In his complaint, a copy of which is with The Sunday Express, Pradip Tah urged the police to take appropriate action and to provide him security. The next day, he was killed, allegedly by the TMC workers who he had named in his complaint.

Pradip Tah had named three of the four arrested so far — Choton Chakraborty, Bhupal Goswami and Surajeet Tah — in his complaint. He alleged that 10-15 TMC men from Deoandighi-Mirzapur had torn off the CPI(M)'s flags and banners that they had put up in the area and threatened to kill him and his associates.

The TMC workers also stopped eight-ten buses which were taking CPI(M) supporters to a meeting on February 19 and forced them to return to Burdwan, said the complaint, which was written on the former MLA's official letterhead. A copy of the complaint was also sent to the block development officer of Burdwan Block II.

 SP Mirza was so adamant that he refused to talk to any person with his illegal atrocities on opposition. He always knows his leader is always there to protect him.He is not scared to Indian express or any other media.

Mamata blinks after EC's stern order, says will replace the officials

West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC leader Mamata Banerjee finally bowed down before the Election Commission and agreed to transfer the officials as per its directive. The EC had on Monday ordered removal of five SPs, a district magistrate and two ADMs following complaints against them. However, the TMC chief said that she will reinstate the officers back to their pre-election postings after the polls. The government had earlier defied the EC orders with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee even saying that she would go to jail but won't transfer the officials. In a letter to the Election Commission, the state chief secretary on Tuesday wrote that while the transfer could lead to administrative problems, the state government proposed the three alternative names instead.

The EC ordered the transfer of Birbhum SP Alok Rajoria, West Midnapore SP Bharati Ghosh, Murshidabad SP Humayun Kabir, Burdwan SP M H Mirza, Malda SP RK Yadav, North 24 Parganas DM Sanjay Bansal, Mathurapur Addl DM Alokesh Prasad Roy and West Midnapore Addl DM Arindam Dutta based on complaints filed by the Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party and the Communist Party of India - Marxist, who alleged that the officials were acting in a partisan manner and failed to address their grievances over violation of model code in the state.

Question is why TMC was adamant on keeping these persons defying EC order because they knew which belong to TMC,Where is explosives are stored. For this reason they are IPS? They are bound to be apolitical.When they get job they take oath that they will remain apolitical,they will never be biased. ·        Why Didi said she would go to jail but won't transfer SP Mirza even after the direction of Election Commission?

·        Would not be SP Mirza made accountable for Police’s failure to curb the Jihadi activities in Burdwan?
