Kashba Hooliganism of Trinamul

TMC (Trinamool Congress) the ruling political party of Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal has crossed all limits of decency and democratic decorum. Today at about 12:00 in the noon about 40 - 50 BJP Karyakarta from Ward No - 107, Kasba Bidhan Sabha area under Dakshin Kolkata Parliamentary constituency were getting ready to join the Street March called by BJP from College Square to Rani Rashmoni Avenue at 1:00 PM on Dr S.P Mookherjee's martyrdom day. There were many women karyakarta too going to participate in the street march of BJP. TMC goons attacked them with iron rods, sticks and fist blows. Modesty of women was outraged in the attack. TMC goons threatened BJP karyakarta and discouraged them from participating in a BJP rally. Hearing about this incident when a local BJP woman leader Smt. Trina Bhadra and her BJP colleague Smt. Sachismita Sanyal went to the location of the conflict and tried to protect the affected BJP Karyakarta and seek police assistance they too were manhandled, beaten up and injured. Trina Ji's was molested and her saree got torn by male members of TMC. Sachismita Ji was delivered a punch in the back and she was also severely injured. Later in the injured condition BJP karyakarta attended the march at college square. Again while they returned back to the locality (Ward No 107) TMC goons again attacked some BJP karyakarta. BJP people were threatened with dire consequences. TMC goons have created a terror in the locality and threatened BJP members with Kidnap and murder too. 

While I was returning home, one Roopchand Halder, a BJP active member of my locality informed me that one of his known persons, a Trinamool sympathizer had come and told him that today TMC goons will again attack BJP karyakarta's home in the dead the night.

TMC is running a reign of terror in Bengal. Administration has slipped out of the Mamata Banerjee Government. Even a section of police is also under political pressure and threat. Some policemen are also having a nexus with local TMC Ward councilors and MLAs. The Situation in Bengal is very grave and it is of utmost priority to provide protection to BJP karyakarta in Bengal.

Water problems in Kolkata & Ukhra

Our office is being reported that the residents of Netaji Nagar, Tollygunge are facing acute water problem these days. Actually KMC water has earlier been pumped from Rani Kuthi pumping station to an overhead tank near Netaji Nagar Girls' College. But KMC took a decision to demolish the tank in this summer season. Here councillor is of CPM so he shows his helplessness. Now residents are getting supply water directly from Rani Kuthi but due to low pressure inadequate supply of water is available and all the residents are purchasing water tanks often. The situation became more grim due to prevailing corruption in KMC. Bigger ferules, connections from lower part of supply tubes and fitting of water pumps directly in the pump has become very common. These are being done in connivance with the KMC officials and Councillor. Licences are issued to the plumbers of their choice.

We have decided to go for signature campaign from the citizens.You are aware that that Trinamool administration is going for postponement of election in many municipalities around Kolkata corporation.

As a result of which administrators are being appointed. But Law doesn't permit Adminstrator to take any major policy decision. So the citizens of that area will have face the problem till the votes in adjoining municipalities are being done. Only when New head of Kolkata corporation in 2015 can only take any decision.

If the problem inside Kolkata is like that,people can understand what the problem of Ukhra is facing.Ukhra Gram panchayat is given grant by Eastern Coal Fields Limited for ensuring water supply in that area. But gram Panchayat is not working probably because they have voted against TMC government & voted for Bharatiya Janata party.
